BLACKVERSE SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Blackverse, we ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process for all orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
- We only deliver to private addresses, including home, office, or work addresses.
- We do not ship to post offices, courier company outlets, or P.O. boxes.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivered within 5-7 working days.
- Prepaid (Online Payment) Orders: Prioritized for faster delivery within 2-4 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any gazetted holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
- Flat shipping fee: PKR 249 per order.
- For orders returned due to failed delivery attempts (see Section 5), additional shipping charges will apply.
4. SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
To ensure successful delivery, customers must:
✔ Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including house number, street number, and a clear landmark.
✔ Provide an active contact number (not WhatsApp) for the courier to coordinate delivery.
✔ Be available to receive the package or arrange for someone to collect it.
5. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & REDELIVERY
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, they must follow up with the courier to schedule a new delivery attempt.
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Blackverse.
- In case of a failed COD delivery and the customer chooses to reorder, they will be charged double shipping fees(including the failed attempt).
- If the delivery fails for a prepaid order, the customer will receive store credit, deducting the shipping fee.
6. COURIER SERVICE INFORMATION
- We use multiple couriers, mainly Leopards Courier, depending on the delivery area and shipment type.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with courier details and tracking information.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will attempt to confirm the order via phone.
- If the customer fails to answer after 3 call attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Blackverse reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including:
- Out-of-stock items
- Incorrect contact information
- Technical errors
8. DAMAGED PACKAGING POLICY
- Packaging damage during shipping does not qualify as product damage and will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- If the actual product is damaged upon delivery, please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy.
