Returns & Exchanges
BLACKVERSE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Blackverse, we take pride in delivering high-quality, luxury products. Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping.
We do not offer returns. However, in the rare event of receiving a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we offer an exchange or store credit under strict conditions.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item was delivered.
If your exchange request is approved but the requested item is out of stock, store credit of equal value will be issued for future purchases.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?
To start an exchange request, you must:
- Notify Blackverse within 3 days of delivery at shopblackverse@gmail.com
- Provide clear images/videos of the product, showing the issue.
- Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Provide your order number and return shipping tracking after sending the product back.
- Ship the product back within 3 days of exchange approval using a trackable courier service.
If the exchange request is approved, Blackverse will process the new shipment only after receiving and inspecting the returned product. If the product shows any signs of use, wear, or tampering, the exchange will be denied, and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES
- If the exchange is due to a Blackverse error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), Blackverse will cover all shipping costs.
- If the customer requests an exchange for any other reason, all shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
FINAL SALE POLICY
- Blackverse does not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
- Store credit will only be provided if an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Any product that is used, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Blackverse reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
- Customers must cover return shipping costs for exchanges that are not due to a Blackverse error.
- No exchanges will be processed until Blackverse receives and inspects the returned product.
- Blackverse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return shipments. Customers must use a trackable shipping method and keep their tracking details.
By purchasing from Blackverse, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
